This Agreement sets forth the legal terms and conditions for your use of this website and any other Gemini website (s) and for your purchase and/or use of any Gemini goods, services or in connection with the Gemini income opportunity (collectively referred to hereinafter as, “Offerings”). Gemini products and the Gemini income opportunity cannot be offered, shipped into or sold in any country outside of those countries that are previously authorized by Gemini. Gemini is planning to expand its sales into other markets, accordingly please check for updates periodically.

4. GEMINI INDEPENDENT MEMBERS

Gemini products and services are sold through Gemini’s network of Independent Members. To purchase Gemini goods or services, you do not have to become an Independent Member. 5. GEMINI INDEPENDENT MEMBER WEB SITES

Gemini Independent Members may not have their own Internet web sites. Members are provided their own Gemini replicated site to ensure that its web site content is accurate and that it fully complies with all Gemini rules, policies and procedures, including without limitation, Gemini’s Policies and Procedures, and all applicable federal and state rules and regulations.

6. GEMINI CUSTOMER GUARANTEE

Gemini guarantees the quality of any product which carries the Gemini name and certifies that the products manufactured for it meet high standards of freshness and purity for customer use. We are confident that our customers will find our products satisfactory in every way. However, if for any reason, a retail customer is not completely satisfied with any Gemini product purchased from BeGemini.com, we offer an exchange or a full refund (excluding shipping and handling charges). Simply request a refund from Gemini within thirty (30) days from your receipt of the product by contacting our Customer Service Department at support@beGemini.com. This guarantee is limited only by the terms of certain specific warranties attached to or packaged with certain products and does not apply to any product damaged or misused.
